Making a return is simple. Please follow these steps to make a return.

Wait for the authorization from Pastorelli Sport.
3. Preparation of the package
Upon authorization, prepare the package using the original packaging, if possible. Insert available references (order number or email) into the package to facilitate the return process.

4. Verification of the package and refund
Upon receipt of the goods, after the necessay checks, the refund will be made for the amount communicated during authorization or the goods will be replaced as appropriate. To be completed the refund takes 2-4 days from the receipt of the package.
