Buying an E-Gift Card is easy!
Choose the amount you prefer and proceed with the purchase in the same way as for a physical product. Once the order is completed, you will be sent a code by email to share with the recipient.
To send your E-Gift Card as a gift, please provide the recipient's details: one or more email addresses. Add the sender's name and if you want, include a message to make the present even more special. You can also enter the date on which you want the E-Gift card to reach the recipient.
Those customers who have registered on www.pastorellisport.com are able to redeem Digital Gift Cards and check the balance of redeemed Digital Gift Cards in the appropriate section of their Account: link.
Digital gift card
Digital Gift Cards (also referred to as e-GiftCards) can be purchased and used exclusively at www.pastorellisport.com. These are issued digitally and sent by email to the recipient specified by the purchaser. Digital Gift Cards are available in various amounts, as stated in the product sheet, and are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
How to Place an Order for Digital Gift Cards
Digital Gift Cards can only be purchased via our website. Customers can select the desired amount and add the Digital Gift Card to the shopping cart. The payment process will follow the standard methods described in these Terms and Conditions. This product is not subject to promotions and discounts.
Using Digital Gift Cards
Digital Gift Cards can only be used to purchase products on www.pastorellisport.com. To use the Gift Card credit, the recipient must enter the unique code provided in the Digital Gift Card confirmation email during the payment process. The Digital Gift Card can be used in whole or in part by the recipient until the credit has been used up by the expiry date. The Digital Gift Card cannot be recharged, resold or converted into cash.
This Digital Gift Card cannot be used for purchases shipped to Russia and Ukraine.
Expiry of Digital Gift Cards
Digital Gift Cards are valid for 365 days from the date of receipt. The date will be indicated in the email containing the code. After that period, the Digital Gift Card will lose its validity and the associated credit will no longer be usable.
Right of Withdrawal for Digital Gift Cards
The Customer has a period of 14 days from the date of order confirmation processing of the Digital Gift Card to withdraw from the contract without having to provide any reasons. The right of withdrawal referred to in this paragraph is expressly excluded and may not be exercised with respect to a Gift Card used for the purchase of products on the website.
Refund
If the refund for items purchased with a Gift Card is approved, you will receive back the amount spent directly on the Gift Card balance.
Liability
Pastorelli Sport SRL disclaims all liability for the loss, theft or unauthorised use of Digital Gift Cards after they have been issued. The customer is responsible for the security of the Digital Gift Card code.
Modification of Terms and Conditions
Pastorelli Sport SRL reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions for Digital Gift Cards.
