It allows you to place your selected item in a separate shopping cart. This cart can be modified by varying the quantities and\/or by deleting an item. To complete the operation you must choose &#8220;Proceed with the order&#8221; and you will be asked to fill in a form with your personal data for both billing and shipping and the desired payment method. For shipping we recommend providing an active phone number for the courier to contact you in case of need and an address where there is always someone to sign for the delivery. All fields marked with the * symbol are mandatory. By accepting the conditions of sale and clicking on &#8220;Place the order&#8221; you will see the summary of the order just made. Your order will be processed and sent as soon as possible to the shipping address provided.<br \/>Order processing starts within a short time frame, so it is not possible to make changes to the order. The only additional charges payable by the consumer for exercising the right of withdrawal are the direct costs of returning the goods to the sender. The goods must be returned by the consumer <strong>within 5 working days after approval of the return<\/strong>. The goods must arrive in the same state in which they were delivered. If the right of withdrawal has been exercised by the consumer in accordance with the above procedures, the company Pastorelli will refund the value of the goods.<\/p>\n<p>The consumer may not exercise the right of withdrawal provided above for contracts for the supply of goods made to measure or clearly customized or which, by their nature, cannot be sent back or are likely to deteriorate or change rapidly. <\/p>\n<p>In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, the Seller will refund to the Customer all payments made for the purchase of the returned products, except for shipping costs. All items must be used correctly and the normal rules of use and maintenance must be observed. Defects caused by incorrect handling, use of excessive force, excessive load, dirt and excessive humidity are not covered by warranty.<br \/>Failure to use on non-approved FIG carpet will void the warranty from the first day.<br \/>Being objects of consumption, the normal aesthetic and physical wear due to the use is inevitable. These are issued digitally and sent by email to the recipient specified by the purchaser. Digital Gift Cards are available in various amounts, as stated in the product sheet, and are valid for one year from the date of purchase.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to Place an Order for Digital Gift Cards<\/strong><br \/>Digital Gift Cards can only be purchased via our website. Customers can select the desired amount and add the Digital Gift Card to the shopping cart. The payment process will follow the standard methods described in these Terms and Conditions. This product is not subject to promotions and discounts.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Using Digital Gift Cards<\/strong><br \/>Digital Gift Cards can only be used to purchase products on www.pastorellisport.com. To use the Gift Card credit, the recipient must enter the unique code provided in the Digital Gift Card confirmation email during the payment process. The Digital Gift Card can be used in whole or in part by the recipient until the credit has been used up by the expiry date. The Digital Gift Card cannot be recharged, resold or converted into cash. <br \/>This Digital Gift Card cannot be used for purchases shipped to Russia and Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Expiry of Digital Gift Cards<\/strong><br \/>Digital Gift Cards are valid for 365 days from the date of receipt. The date will be indicated in the email containing the code. After that period, the Digital Gift Card will lose its validity and the associated credit will no longer be usable.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Right of Withdrawal for Digital Gift Cards<\/strong><br \/>The Customer has a period of 14 days from the date of order confirmation processing of the Digital Gift Card to withdraw from the contract without having to provide any reasons. The right of withdrawal referred to in this paragraph is expressly excluded and may not be exercised with respect to a Gift Card used for the purchase of products on the website.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Refund<\/strong><br \/>If the refund for items purchased with a Gift Card is approved, you will receive back the amount spent directly on the Gift Card balance.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Liability<\/strong><br \/>Pastorelli Sport SRL disclaims all liability for the loss, theft or unauthorised use of Digital Gift Cards after they have been issued. The customer is responsible for the security of the Digital Gift Card code.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Modification of Terms and Conditions<\/strong><br \/>Pastorelli Sport SRL reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions for Digital Gift Cards.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-30d8201 color-scheme-inherit text-left elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"30d8201\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h5>11) Protection of confidentiality and processing of Buyer\u2019s data<\/h5>\n<p>Pastorelli Sport Srl protects the privacy of its customers and guarantees that the processing of data is in compliance with the provisions of the Privacy Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 and its subsequent amendments.<\/p>\n<p>Personal and fiscal data acquired directly and\/or through third parties by Pastorelli Srl, the data controller, are collected and processed in paper, computer and electronically in accordance with the methods of processing for the purpose of registering the order and activating the procedures for the execution of this contract and the related necessary communications, in addition to the fulfilment of any legal obligations, as well as to allow an effective management of business relationships to the extent necessary to better perform the service requested (Art. 24, paragraph 1, lett. b, d.lgs. 196\/2003).<\/p>\n<p>Pastorelli Sport Srl undertakes to treat with confidentiality the data and information transmitted by the Buyer and not to disclose them to unauthorized persons, nor to use them for purposes other than those for which they were collected or to transmit them to third parties. Such data may be disclosed only at the request of the judicial authority or other authorities authorized by law.<\/p>\n<p>Personal data will be communicated, after signing a commitment to confidentiality of the data, only to subjects delegated to the accomplishment of the activities necessary for the execution of the contract stipulated and communicated exclusively for this purpose.<\/p>\n<p>The Buyer enjoys the rights referred to in art. 7 of d.lgs. 196\/2003, namely the right to obtain:<br \/>a) the updating, rectification or, where relevant, integration of the data;<br \/>b) the deletion, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those whose storage is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;<br \/>c) proof that the operations referred to in paragraphs a) and b) have been brought to the attention, including as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except where such performance proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right. The data subject also has the right to object, in whole or in part: i) for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning him, even if relevant to the purpose of the collection; ii) the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising material or direct sales or for the performance of market research or commercial communication.<\/p>\n<p>The communication of your personal data by the Buyer is a necessary condition for the correct and timely execution of this contract. In default, the Purchaser\u2019s request cannot be granted.<\/p>\n<p>In any case, the acquired data will be stored for a period of time not exceeding that necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or subsequently processed.
